Gateway Hills Restaurant Update

April 3-April 7, 2017

We have made a lot of progress thus far on our Restaurant Site @GatewayHills.  Check out what we have completed this week at +Gateway Hills Bar & Grill.

 

Three secondary roof drains will daylight in the rear of the building. Pipe will be cut back and final scupper will be installed at a later date.

4” PVC connected to secondary roof drains, secured by pipe brackets, and ran to the outside of the building (Shown above and below).

Installation of ipe wood siding around front entryway of building.

Trenching, installation, and backfilling for gas service completed on southeastern side of restaurant.

 

Trenching, installation, and backfilling for gas service completed on northeastern side of restaurant. Valve and riser installed against building for future meter. Bollards installed to protect meter.

Applying waterproofing membrane to exterior walls.

4” PVC connected to one of three primary roof drains.

4” PVC connected to primary roof drains, secured by pipe brackets, and stubbed at slab level.

Installation of temporary construction lights (Seen above and below).

Applying waterproofing membrane to exterior walls.

Installation of polystyrene foam board.

Installation of ipe siding around entrance

Trenching, installing, and backfilling of pipe for gas service to the building. Laying of pavement binder. Gas service to restaurant complete.

 

 

Southwestern wall: Foam joints sanded, sealed around PVC standoff blocks for canopies, continuous horizontal v-groove cut near top of wall.

 

Southwestern wall: Foam joints sanded, sealed around PVC standoff blocks for canopies, continuous horizontal v-groove cut near top and middle of wall.

 

Southeastern wall: Foam joints sanded, continuous horizontal v-groove cut near top and middle of wall.

 

Installation of ipe siding around entrance.

 

Vinyl siding is complete on the northeast wall of building.

Installation of 2 exterior metal personnel doors. 

Interior side of doors has crash bars & closers.
