Gateway Hills Restaurant Update

April 10-April 14, 2017

We have made a lot of progress thus far on our Restaurant Site @GatewayHills.  Check out what we have completed this past week at +Gateway Hills Bar & Grill.

 

April 10th

Southwestern wall: Lower horizontal v-grooves cut, and vertical v-grooves cut on center between storefronts, base coat for finish applied to foam.

Southeastern wall: Vertical v-grooves cut between storefronts, base coat for finish applied to foam.

Installation of ipe siding around entrance.

Installation of ridgid foam insulation & laying out TPO membrane (seen above and below).

 

April 11th

 

Installation of ipe siding around entrance. 

April 12th

Installation of ipe siding around entrance.

Installation of ridgid foam inslullation & laying out TPO membrane (seen above and below).

Rough installation main gas pipe for RTU’s

Installation of glass into doors.

April 13th

 

Installation of ipe siding around entrance (seen above and below).

Installation of ridgid foam inslullation & laying out TPO membrane.

Installing drain crickets in center of roof in order to direct water into the center drains.

Rough installation main gas pipe for RTU’s

Installing finish coat of EIFS.

Northwest wall: EIFS installation will be completed after canopy is framed (seen above and below). 

Installation of gas meter on back-wall of building – meter locked until inspections.

 

April 14th

Installation of hole plugs for ipe siding. Installation of canopy stand-off blocking.

Installation of TPO membrane.

Installation of TPO membrane.

Installation of TPO membrane.

Installation of blocking, brackets, and main gas pipe and branch lines for RTU’s . The gas pipe will be extended to the spare RTU curbs, and capped, shut-off valves to be installed.  Main gas pipe stubbed outside and capped above meter.
