Prepping front sidewalk.

Backfilling patio retaining wall (seen above and below).

 

 

Shutoff valves installed and capped for future RTU’s.

Gas piping installed through roof to RTU’s  (seen above and below).

 

 

May 9, 2017

Backfilling & grading patio retaining wall.

Installing insulation & plywood in preparation for panel installation.

 

 

May 10-12, 2017

Detention basin work.

Installing erosion control blankets, erosion stones, loam, and sand.

Installing insulation & plywood in preparation for panel installation, Wiring RTU’s, Installation of panel box, and Final wiring & trip plates installed on site lighting (seen above and below).

 

EIFS work completed on Northwest wall. Installing foam, rasping, installing base coat, followed by finish coat.

Installing new transformer on to concrete pad.
