Is Nashua becoming the new Biotech Hub of New England?

The John Flatley Company Welcomes New Biotech Company, MagForceUSA to the Nashua Office Park @ Gateway Hills.  

We are pleased to welcome MagForceUSA to the Gateway Hills  community as our newest biotech tenant at the Nashua Office Park! MagForceUSA focuses on cancer treatment using nanotechnology-based therapy. Read more about MagForce on their website.

A Week of Bracing

Gateway Hills Restaurant Update

March 13 - March 17

Despite blizzard conditions this past week, we have continued to make a lot of progress on our restaurant site @ Gateway Hills. This week a lot of interior work was completed including Truss Bracing, Diagonal Bracing, and Strapping Installation.
While we were 'bracing' the snow storm,
we were also 'bracing' the Restaurant.

Here's an update on what was completed this week:

Installation of lateral/continuous truss bracing along bottom truss chords. Northeast quadrant: continuous lateral truss bracing complete.

Restaurant Progress 3/6-3/10

If you have driven by Gateway Hills this week, it's clear to see that a lot of progress has been made to our Restaurant Site. It is starting to look more like a restaurant each day!
Here's an update on what was completed this week:

 North east quadrant: The roof sheathing installation is now complete.

 

 

"Nashua is a Great Tech Spot"

A recent article by the Nashua Telegraph, entitled Yaris hailed as a ‘Big picture thinker’, talks to the importance of a business location especially for startup companies. Ben Yaris, of startup company Forcivity, is featured in the article on their big move to Nashua, NH to @ Gateway Hills recently.

Ben Yaris, CTO of Forcivity was quoted saying,
“Being in Nashua gives me the ability to get that talent. I like Nashua personally because it’s centrally located. It’s north of Boston and it’s south of Manchester. I feel that gives us the best 20-, 30-mile radius around for developers or engineers or salespeople. I think Nashua is a great tech spot.” - Nashua Telegraph

Forcivity, is our Runner-Up in the 2016 FlatleyChallenge in the hitech category. They were awarded free office space for the year @ Gateway Hills.

Yaris continues, “It’s a pretty good deal, especially for a startup. It’s a lot of money we get to save.” - Nashua Telegraph
